Our technicians aim to fix all issues on site whenever they can. When this is not an option, we have a plan B, our brilliant workshop team. With our own 8,000 sq ft workshop, our dedicated team will uplift the item/s, bring them back to home-base, repair the issue and return them back to the site. If the item is too big to uplift or is too crucial for you do to without, we can take the measurements back with us to build and then we’ll swap them out when it suits you best.
In our workshop we go through a meticulous process to ensure your items return to you looking like they just came out of the factory. We have members specialised in all aspects of repairing your items, from sewing to carpentry to painting, our team have the skills needed to repair anything and everything.
